Inspired Care Home Health was established in 2012 with Head Quarters in Rolling Meadows, IL.

What services do you provide?

We provide various non medical services to adults and seniors at their chosen place of residence. Services can be divided in 4 broad categories. Click on each one of the categories to see specific details of services provided.

Are your caregivers background checked, insured and bonded?

Absolutely. Your safety is our utmost concern. Our Caregivers are totally committed, highly qualified, and carefully selected individuals. They are thoroughly screened, background checked, bonded, and insured with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Will I have the same care provider all the time?

During the initial Free Assessment meeting or the in-home visit, Certified Care Manager will document the services required and the client’s preferences for a caregiver. We then use a proprietary method to select the best caregiver fit for the client. Based on scheduling needs our goal is to have the same caregiver scheduled for each visit.

Is it possible to change the schedule if I have unplanned events or appointments?

Changes can easily be accomplished with as little as a 24 hours’ notice. We believe in making the schedule work for the you and not the agency. To us, your needs come first so we will do everything possible to make sure we provide a caregiver during the schedules you request. However, if a change cannot be accommodated, we inform you as soon as possible.

Do I have to sign a contract locking me into services?

No. We are so confident in Quality of our Care that we do not lock you in long term contract. We understand the care situation can quickly change, so we’re as flexible as possible with your loved one’s care. You can change the hours or type of service with a short notice even cancel our services with just a 24 hour notice at any time via a simple fax, email, text message or postal mail.

Would I be charged for full shift if Caregiver is late?

No. We believe in Fair and Square relationship. We use state of the art software to track log-in and log-out times of our caregivers. So if a caregiver is late 15 minutes (or more), you will not be charged for those 15 minutes (or more). You can even track caregiver login and logout at the family portal we will provide you.

What are the costs of your home care services?

Cost of home care service depends on several factors such as:

  • Number of hours of care
  • Number of people being served
  • Type of care i.e. live-in or hourly care

How can we set up the Care with Inspired Care Home Health?

Setting up care with Inspired Care is very easy. Fill out our Contact us form on the side or call 847-787-7572. Our Certified Care Manager will answer any additional questions you have and set up a time to conduct a FREE, NO OBLIGATION Assessment. During the meeting, Care Manager will obtain your caregiver preferences and prepare a detailed care plan. Services can start on the date you prefer.

Are your services covered by insurance or Medicare?

Since we provide only non-medical services, these services are typically not covered by Medicare. Some Private Insurance such as Long Term Care Insurance may cover non-medical home care service. We can work with you to identify details about the services covered and daily, monthly or lifetime limits on your insurance policy for non-medical care services.
